Neil has overall responsibility for ensuring KAST’s projects meet and exceed the Owners expectations.  He relies on years of construction experience to identify risks and opportunities critical to the overall success of a project.  He has expert knowledge of the South Florida construction market including subcontractors, codes, standards and Building Departments.

 

Neil guides and supports the on-site project teams to plan, schedule and implement the work, with a focus on quality and value for the Owner.
