Will is responsible for leading KAST’s preconstruction team for the Tampa Region. Will began his career in construction with a large Electrical subcontractor in the D.C. area, and later with a high-end interiors General Contractor, also in D.C. Will relocated to Florida and joined KAST in 2018 and has since overseen many of KAST’s landmark projects on the West Coast of Florida. Will believes that preconstruction is much more than budgeting and estimating; it is about planning a project to be successful well before the first shovel is in the ground. Will is passionate about ensuring that processes are in place for all KAST projects to be efficiently designed, planned, and executed – working daily with owners and architects to create projects that are constructable, economical, and everlasting.  

 

Will grew up in a family of electricians, where it was not uncommon to have blueprints on the dinner table. Upon graduation with a degree in Business Administration, will jumped right into the electrical construction field and later progressed his interests to General Contracting from there.
