Sean serves as Vice President of Operations overseeing multiple projects and project teams in KASTs south east Florida region. At any given time Sean provides leadership and experience to over $250 MM in projects located in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. With over seventeen years of hands on experience, Sean works hand in hand with KASTs clients, preconstruction services team and on site teams to assure a seamless and successful transition from the planning phase to the completion phase of each project he has oversite for. As Project Executive Sean is responsible operational excellence for each of his projects along with maintaining strong relationships with his clients. Sean is a member of KASTs senior management team with responsibilities for strategic planning and growth, process improvement and development of KASTs people.   Sean received a Business Degree from the University of Florida and is a Certified General Contractor CGC1513863.
