Marco is the senior-level member of KAST’s preconstruction and estimating team. Marco provides leadership to KAST’s estimating and Preconstruction Services with the capabilities of providing conceptual budgets, design-build budgets, hard bid estimates, life cycle cost analysis, value engineering, cost reduction analysis, scheduling, trade packaging, purchasing, and quantity take-offs.

Marco brings over thirty years of construction experience to his clients and his team, resulting in the successful execution of preconstruction services.

Marco received his Bachelor of Architectural Design at the University of Florida’s College of Design, Construction & Planning and is a Certified General Contractor CGC060312.
