Eric Plotke | Vice President of Operations

Eric Plotke is Vice President of KAST Construction. Eric is responsible for constructability reviews, logistics, field staff planning and field staff performance on all KAST projects.

Prior to joining KAST, Eric was employed for 17 years at Whiting-Turner Contracting Co., where he served his last 5 years as General Superintendent. His retail experience includes over 2 million square feet of premium retail space, including: The Mall at Wellington Green, Sawgrass Mills Mall phases 2 and 3, Bloomingdales at Aventura, and other large-scale builds and renovations. His mid and high-rise residential experience spans over 1,000 units throughout South Florida.

Other experience has included a South Florida nuclear power plant, research and development facilities for IBM, industrial facilities and sports and entertainment centers. Eric is a Licensed General Contractor (CGC 051920).
