Barry Craft | Vice President

Barry is Vice President of KAST Construction. Barry is responsible for overseeing implementation of all of KAST’s projects.

Barry has held senior management roles with several of the largest general contractors in South Florida. He has built luxury high-rise condominiums, hotels, and Class-A office buildings. Previous projects include a 48-story luxury condominium on Brickell Key (Three Tequesta Point), a 20-story 5-star hotel on Brickell Key (Mandarin Oriental), and a 33-story Class-A office building in Austin TX (Congress at Fourth). Prior to that, Barry gained extensive experience in the construction of multiple asset types, including low-rise residential, healthcare, and commercial.

Craft earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Almeda. Barry is a Licensed General Contractor (CGC 059596).
